Day 16

Breakfast: 2 Breakfast Cookies, glass of milk
Lunch: banana, no-bakes
Dinner: hamburger on ww w/ veggies

Exercise: 2.5 miles in 35 minutes, lots of stretching (my leg is slowly getting it's ligaments or whatever back into place from my splits incident), 10 minutes of leg weights
