Breakfast: oatmeal w/ milk, turkey bacon
Lunch: leftover spaghetti, green beans
Snack: chips & dip
Dinner: 3 slices pepperoni pizza, 2 breadsticks
Exercise: none
My eating hasn't been too great today, but I've had a busy day here at home. I'm satisfied that I did the best I could, but tomorrow I can do better. I'm enjoying reading my new book & looking through all the new recipes. By the way, although my weight has been pretty stagnant, I have lost 1 inch this past week!
