Day 6

Breakfast: bran muffin, 1/2 grapefruit, 2 eggs (I normally only eat 1 egg, but I made one for Sydney and she wouldn't eat it. Since I'm trying to take in a few more calories to keep my milk supply up, I went ahead and ate it.
Lunch: banana, V8, shot of Xango
Snack: small piece of carrot cake, handful of almonds
Dinner: 3 (small to medium) slices of pepperoni pizza, salad...There wasn't much avoiding this. I had been at Randy's aunt's house all afternoon, then went to Chuck E Cheese's with his family for a birthday celebration.

Exercise: I learned some GREAT ab exercises on Zonya today & did them. I'm excited to do more of them! Other than that, I really didn't do much in the way of exercising today.
