Lunch (11am): stir-fry w/ rice
Lunch (2pm): stir-fry w/ rice
Snack (3:30pm): 1/2 of a Baby Ruth
Dinner (5pm): Pita Pizza (1 1/2)
Dessert (9:30pm): no-bake cookies
Exercise: 40 minutes of snow shoveling
Can you tell I was hungry today? I was starving each time I ate, except my dessert. I'm not sure what was going on, but every few hours I got so hungry!

Oh my gosh how much snow is up there! I bet you have the strongest arms in the world!
Not the strongest, but I'm losing a lot of fat & my muscles are getting (slightly) more defined. I naturally have pretty big arms.
