Breakfast: breakfast casserole, banana
Lunch: a few bites of leftover veggie stuffed potato, few slices of peaches w/ cottage cheese
Dinner: Turkey Veggie Stew, whole wheat roll, blueberry salad
Dessert: my delicious cookies. And I ate at least a dozen of them. Really. And it's embarassing to admit.
Exercise: nada
Cookies are my easy downfall...both no-bakes, and my Peanut Butter Chip/Chocolate Chip cookies. I need to find a happy medium with them. My head is much clearer than last week, so maybe I can make some progress with my "plans" this week. :)
