Breakfast: turkey bacon, English muffin w/ apple butter
Lunch: Mexican LaZonya
Snack: tall hot chocolate w/ marshmallows
Dinner: Bacon Western Cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. w/ some fries
Snack: 2 sugar cookies, a chip, a handful of Skittles
Exercise: an hour of sledding & standing around
I've started only weighing & measuring myself each Saturday. Today was a reality check. My weight has been hovering around 132.5 for about a month or so. However, my measurements were a testament of the junk I've been eating. Of course, tonight didn't help much either. I was actually a little upset when I got my cheeseburger and realized it came with NO veggies. How could that be? I seriously enjoy the veggies on my burgers! So, I just realize that I've gotta get myself into gear--going to the gym and eating better. Thank goodness for a new week & fewer cookie ingredients. I really need to pray for the strength & continual desire to better myself.
