Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole, English muffins w/ apple butter, a few grapes...they were too sour!
Lunch: marinated & grilled chicken, veggie pita pizza
Dinner: Veggie Stuffed Baked Potato, peaches, cottage cheese, raw veggies as I prepared dinner
Dessert: Chocolate Caramel Heaven (Love It size) at Coldstone
Exercise: none
I was going to go with a fat-free ice cream tonight, but I'm a sucker for lots of chocolate. Funny thing is, I don't regret it. It was really good. Still reading Water with Lemon & enjoying it. I've been highlighting stuff, but I'm probably 2/3 of the way through the book & want to starting writing down some of the things I'm learning to remind myself of the good habits I need to reinforce or learn. By the way, did you check out my measurements? I measure every Saturday, and, although my weight isn't dropping, my inches are. Wonderful!
