Breakfast: yogurt w/ granola, 1/2 of a yummy grapefruit, turkey bacon
Lunch: lasagna, no-bake cookies & milk
Dinner: Southwestern Chile & Pasta, salad
Exercise: again, NONE. I seriously intended to go to the gym tonight, but between sick kids & a tax return, I didn't make it. Disappointment, I know.
About my title "Finished"...no, I'm not finished trying to get healthy and improve my habits, are you kidding me? Actually, Randy just came up and asked me that. I finished Water with Lemon last night. I still need to make time to review it and post some good quotes. Are you seeing a pattern of procrastination here?? I'm just happy that I didn't eat anything after dinner. I haven't stuck with that good habit for a while now.
