Breakfast: turkey bacon, yogurt w/ granola, a little over 1/2 of a banana (gotta love sharing with my kids)
Lunch: leftover meatloaf & butternut squash
Snack: 1 cocoa lava kiss
Dinner: leftover sausage & peppers penne
Dessert: Magic Cookie Bars. I probably ate 4-5 servings worth. Overboard, I know. I also know that eating something like that on occasion isn't going to kill me, though.
Exercise: 5+ minutes of floor exercises
