Day 4

Breakfast: oj, bran muffin, 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1 T. cheese on top
Snack: yogurt
Lunch: leftover stroganoff (larger portion than normal to get more calories in)
Snack: chocolate & caramel Santa...I'd better not make a habit of this!
Dinner: leftover Zucchini Soup, shot of Xango

Exercise: 15 minutes of floor exercises & weights. I was up for an hour during the night, so this is all my pre-nap body could muster.

I feel you on the being tired!! I have been sick this week and I have not gone to the gym once. I'm just too tired. btw if you go to golds we could go together?

Wow 4 lbs and 6 inches. I've got to join this! You are too good of a chef though! I read what you've been eating and I am too lazy to make healthy food! :)

I like to go to golds between 11 and 4pm because it is so empty in the daycare and the gym. Then I don't have as much trouble getting all three in! I usually try to go for the whole 1 1/2 hours also. I am pretty flexible on days too, just after preschool on M and W
