Breakfast: egg, English muffin w/ applebutter, peaches, cottage cheese
Lunch: skillet chicken & veggies, sweet potato
Snack: Breakfast Cookie (a Zonya recipe that can be used as a breakfast, snack or dessert. I made them today & needed to try it. It was good!)
Dinner: White Beans with Tomato, Basil & Parmesan, corn bread, raw veggies w/ dip
Snack: 9 tortilla chips (1 serving)
Exercise: 45 minutes of pilates :)
I did well with my eating today. I craved no-bakes so badly, but I withheld the temptation & didn't make any. I'm determined to lose 2 lbs. this week. My goal is to not eat cookies and to exercise 5 days.
