Day 42

Breakfast: Honey-Nut Cheerios w/ milk, banana
Lunch: crackers & Miracle Soup
Dinner: Tortellini Soup, Whole-Wheat Garlic Toast
Dessert: no-bakes & milk

Exercise: none

Sundays are always busy for me. I did well on my eating aside from the cookies. I need to have Randy hide the cocoa from me tomorrow when I'm not around. Not much else to say...

Hey Keri, I have a question. That granola that you make, how much fat does it have in it? Do you know? We're trying to find no-fat or really low-fat foods for my dad to eat until he completely heals.
